Initial Client Consultation: First meeting to discuss client’s vision for the project, along with a comprehensive project review.

Project Scope: Present project scope of work, estimated project schedule and design proposal/fee summary.

Site Analysis & Concept Development: Site visit (in person or virtual) to understand existing conditions and identify opportunities and constraints. Initial design concepts and mood boards created and presented during this phase.

Design Documentation: Detailed design drawings, including floor plans and elevations (as needed); material specifications; and comprehensive furniture schedules.

Project Management: Coordination with contractors and regular site visits during the construction phase (if applicable), and general oversight to ensure the project stays on track.

Styling & Installation: Final accessory selection and on-site styling of furniture and decor to achieve the desired look.

Handover: Final walk-through and addressing of any final adjustments or concerns to ensure complete client satisfaction.
